Dave Nevison – Box Office!

I’ve known and worked with Dave Nevison, on and off, for more than 25 years.

This dates back to my days at The Winning Line when he was one of our leading horseracing experts (along with the likes of Patrick Veitch and Mark Coton).

In and around our dealings, and more recently since, he’s become a regular contributor on the daily TV racing coverage. The man in the betting ring, or studio, able to offer valuable insights on the day’s action.

Here we see him in the Racing TV studio waxing lyrical about the various high & lows he’s experienced in a lifetime of punting. Plenty of both as you’ll see!!

Makes for good viewing doesn’t it? And nice to see Dave in fine form and rude health. Kind of reminds me of “Lovejoy” these days!

And as I’ve said before, the characters in and around racing don’t seem quite as 3-dimensional as they once did. So great to see Dave on form, and as entertaining as ever.
