Martin Lewis shows you how to win
The money-saving expert highylights the keys to successful cash generation
As you know, I often draw comparison between the financial world and the betting world.
Both at their heart have money (obviously!) but in order to generate, preserve, and grow, whatever nest egg you have, it frequently involves the same techniques and mind-set…
Whether you’re punting on the Stock Market closing price, or the Southwell starting price!
So when I saw this clip, taken from an ITV programme where money-saving expert Martin Lewis offered amateur investors advice on how to wisely deploy their available funds, it immediately struck a chord.
As you’ll see when you watch this short video (it’s all of 3-4 minutes long) what he says makes perfect sense when you apply his logic to any betting service or system you follow.
Enjoy…
See what I mean?
Whether you are investing or betting, there are a number of hugely important rules and guidelines which you need to follow if you want to increase your bankroll.
Fundamental to this, besides having the money to begin with of course, is the need to think long-term when it comes to making money.
Do this and you stand a much better chance of coming out on top.
OPINION: I hope you found this video useful. Lewis is a fantastic communicator, and a hugely insightful explainer, when it comes to finance. And here his way of illustrating the shortfall of “short-term-ish” is an important lesson to learn and apply to your betting. Think more long-term, and you will, more often than not, benefit by not making knee-jerk reactions to short-term fluctuations in performance/return.
