Title: A 20/1 punt on the next Leeds manager

Date: August 31st 2014

It never entered my mind when I got up this morning…

But to be told Oscar Garcia

Currently at 20/1 with Betvictor (bigger than any other bookie)…

Is "lined up to be the next Leeds United manager"

Well, that's more than I knew at 6:30am!

The official line is he resigned from his manager's job at Maccabi Tel Aviv a couple of days ago because of "security concerns" due to the Israel/Gaza conflict.

But this morning I spoke to someone who said that wasn't true, and the inside word was Garcia was well worth a speculative punt at a standout 20/1.

Who did I speak to?

A contact of mine who has "both" his ears to the footballing ground. That's not physically possible, I know, but it sums up how well-connected he is.

Having run a football advisory service, and done a bit of TV work with him years ago, I met him for a drink a couple of months ago, and he did say then he'd keep in touch if he heard anything on his footballing grapevine.

Anyway, I'm just passing this info through.

If you do decide to have a tickle on Garcia, make sure you take the 20/1 with . The next best price is 12/1 with William Hill and Betfair Sportsbook.

Also, to give you the full picture…

The owner of Leeds - Massimo Cellino - is known in his native Italy as the 'manager eater', and he's already got rid of 3 managers at Leeds since January.

So if he's someone who changes his mind like the wind, I suppose he could decide to appoint Garcia, or one of the others currently in the betting market, or perhaps even someone totally out-of-the-blue.

Have a good weekend.

Kind Regards,

P.S. Oh and that wasn't all.

I think there could also be something going down with David Moyes.

My man wouldn't be drawn into sharing any firm details, but don't be surprised if I'm in touch again soon to tell you who Moyes will be managing next…

And how you can potentially make some extra cash by knowing before everyone else reads about in the paper.
